We practice in a way that we distill the practice while being on our mat and steadily taking the learnings of the practice even into our lives off the mat. We do a blended practice of Asanas (movement), Pranayamas (Breathing techniques), Kriyas (Cleansing techniques) for our body, breath and mind.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can my family also join with me?
We would love to have your family also practice with us. We have a special pricing for your family members, please write to us for the details- beingmesingapore@gmail.com. In case they would like to attend a few sessions as trials- let us know.
2. What if I miss a session. Any way that I can catchup?
Absolutely! We record and share the sessions with a validity of 7 days for each. So that you can catchup on the practice at your convenience and also practice on non-session days.
3. What if I am travelling in this period?
We completely understand that you may have prior plans & commitments during this period. For more than a week long travel or commitments- please write to us on prior, so that we can make an exception for you, for those day and share the recordings.
4. Can I enroll but do the complete program with recordings?
Very much possible. Though we recommend attending the program live if your timezone allows. If not, you can very much practice at your own pace.
5. What level of practitioner is this program for?
The practice is open to all- From a complete beginner to someone who has been practicing for long.
6. Which style of yoga would be taught?
The offering is founded on classical Hatha Yoga- using both breath & asanas to work holistically on the body & mind.
7. Anything that needs to be kept in mind?
If you’ll be joining the sessions your evening, try to give a gap of 1.5 hours between the practice and the meal- keeping the meal very light. Rest, just bring a mat and lot of enthusiasm :)
8. I am unable to afford these fees. Is there any option?

If you miss any sessions, you may practice and catchup using the recordings.
Each recording is valid for 3 days and post that they expire.
The India special pricing is only if you reside in India. But you can check with us if there’s a discount for your country of residence.
The purchased subscription is only for one person.
