Balanced meals are an important part of this retreat. All meals are crafted by and cooked under the supervision of Renuka. They include various home recipes and are all based on the principle of clean cooked and nourishing diet - freshly prepared, portion controlled, sugar free and plant based.

Retreat Guidance
Subba Sattvic, is a trusted well-being & spiritual guide. He offers a unique blend of yoga, breathwork, healing, and spiritual wisdom in a manner that is personal and real to every single participant. His training as an engineer and business, his two decades in the corporate world, together with 20 years of practice of yoga, meditation, and spirituality is what he brings into all his programs. The foundation of his work is his basic training in the ancient texts of India when he has just ten years of age and, more recently, his decade old study and practice of Yoga and Vedanta philosophy. Subba works with thousands of people from across the world in helping them grow into a better life.
Cuisine and Experiences
Renuka, Co-founder of BeingSattvaa, who created and runs BeingSattvaa, and has designed experiences for over a hundred retreats with special attention to freshly prepared plant-based food and experiences centered on the nature and culture of Bali. While she is an engineer and business graduate by training, Renuka, has dedicated herself to the mission of designing retreat memorable experiences that include nature, culture, and cuisine. Her passion for bringing joy into healthy earing is an integral part of all retreats at BeingSattvaa.

1. When should I pay for the retreat?
We request that you make your deposit payment at the earliest, as only then will be able to confirm your seat. We will be in touch with you regarding the balance payment.
2. How can I find a partner to stay with?
We request that you look for a friend or family member to partner with. We can also keep a look out but can’t assure you of the same. In case we cannot find you a partner you will be informed to switch to Single occupancy.
3. What are the travel logistics?
It is strongly recommended that you land in Bali before 12noon on 26 Nov.
4. When should you book your travel?
Right away so, you may get the best fares.
5. Can I stay digitally connected during the retreat?
It is recommended that you are mostly disconnected during the retreat to get the most of it.
6. Is staying Silent essential?
Only one day of silence is essential during the retreat. This will be on 29 November . You may also opt to remain silent on additional days)
6. Can you stay longer or arrive earlier?
You are most welcome to come in earlier or stay on after the retreat. This will help you rest before the retreat and also slowly get back into the world after the retreat.

7. What are the Visa requirements for Bali?
Citizens of ASEAN countries have Visa Free entry into Bali. Other than that, there are 90+ countries on the Visa on Arrival list
