Balanced meals are an important part of this retreat. All meals are prepared under the supervision of Renuka. They include various home recipes and are based on the principle of clean cooking - freshly prepared, portion controlled, sugar free, low on oil, and plant based.

Subba Sattvic
Subba is a trusted well-being and spiritual guide, known for blending yoga, breathwork, and healing with personal, grounded wisdom. With two decades in the corporate world and over 20 years of deep practice in yoga and spirituality, Subba brings a rare balance of the practical and the profound.
Trained in ancient Indian texts since the age of ten, and now rooted in Vedanta and yogic philosophy, he has guided thousands across the world toward a more conscious, fulfilling life.
Surbhi MIDHA
Surbhi believes true healing begins in stillness. While yoga is widely known, its most gentle and transformative aspects often go unnoticed. She helps the body return to balance and the mind to ease through slow movement, breathwork, and deep rest.
Once a national-level athlete and engineer, Surbhi turned to yoga to heal from stress and a sedentary lifestyle. Nearly a decade later, she offers therapeutic, personalized practices that align ancient tools with modern city lifestyles. Her approach is intuitive & her mission simple: to guide others back to wholeness, one breath at a time.

Renuka
Renuka is the co-founder of BeingSattvaa, who created and runs BeingSattvaa, and has designed experiences for over a hundred retreats with special attention to freshly prepared plant-based food and experiences centered on the nature and culture of Bali. While she is an engineer and business graduate by training, Renuka, has dedicated herself to the mission of designing retreat memorable experiences that include nature, culture, and cuisine.
Her passion for bringing joy into healthy earing is an integral part of all retreats at BeingSattvaa.

1. When should I pay for the retreat?
We request that you make your deposit payment at the earliest, as only then will be able to confirm your seat. We will be in touch with you regarding the balance payment.
2. How can I find a partner to stay with?
We request that you look for a friend or family member to partner with. We can also keep a look out but can’t assure you of the same. In case we cannot find you a partner you will be informed to switch to Single occupancy.
3. What are the travel logistics?
It is strongly recommended that you land in Bali before 12noon on 26 Nov. And, your departure is scheduled after 5pm on 2nd Dec. In fact, we would recommend that you arrive a day before or leave a day after the retreat so that you may have time to settle into and integrate the retreat.
4. When should you book your travel?
Right away so, you may get the best fares.
5. Can I stay digitally connected during the retreat?
It is recommended that you are mostly disconnected during the retreat to get the most of it.
6. Is staying Silent essential?
One day of silence is an essential part of the retreat and will be observed on 29 Nov.
6. Can you stay longer or arrive earlier?
You are most welcome to come in earlier or stay on after the retreat. This will help you rest before the retreat and also slowly get back into the world after the retreat.
If you would like to have a deeper experience of Bali – nature, culture, arts, and crafts, we can arrange tours for you (note: BeingSattvaa is close to Bali’s art, craft, and cultural centre).
7. What are the Visa requirements for Bali?
Citizens of ASEAN countries have Visa Free entry into Bali. Other than that, there are 90+ countries on the Visa on Arrival list
