Three progressive modules to a better and happier life
40 hours over 50 days
(including breaks for Diwali and Thanksgiving)
We meet three times a week with self- practice in-between
Module 1: Mindful Focus 10 days, 5 hours Live, 15 recordings
We will experience calm, grow focus, and learn to release tension from the Body and Mind using five progressive meditations.
Module 2: Heartful Balance 15 days, 10 hours Live, 15 recordings
Built on the foundation of Mindful Focus, we will learn to balance and strengthen our emotions and build more joyful relationships, using the power of five progressive meditations and the practice of journaling.
Module 3: Soul Transform 25 days, 20 hours Live, 15 recordings
Built on the foundation of the earlier two modules, this module will help us deepen our self awareness and effect personal transformation towards a better life. It leverages the power of five meditations, mental fasts, and journaling.
Total Journey: Completion of the the journey with mini-retreat & closing session (5 hours) to help
Apply these tools to solve any significant issues in our life

Also, given limited seats, Subba will be meeting each person who registers for the teacher training on a 1:1 basis to understand your objectives, explain the journey, and seek your acceptance on the commitments you will need to make before conforming your enrolment.
Certification:
At the end of this program you will go through a certification process and receive a Guiding Calm in Chaos - Teacher Training - 100 hour certificate from BeingSattvaa.
Who is teaching this program? Subba Sattvic
With decades of experience guiding and teaching meditation and inner transformation across the world, Subba combines timeless wisdom with a deep understanding of modern day challenges. His approach is practical, compassionate, and life-changing.

Subba is trained in the ancient wisdom of India especially Yoga Philosophy and Advaita Vedant. He has also trained in yoga, with specific emphasis on breathwork and meditation.
On the other hand Subba has trained as an engineer and business graduate from leading schools and led the life of a corporate executive for close to two decades. He transitioned from his successful executive career to dedicate himself to guiding individuals on the path of living and leading consciously.
He brings a unique blend of corporate experience and inner inquiry, which enables him to connect deeply with those navigating the complexities of life in the current world.
Coming from a tradition of teachers, he is widely known for his structured programs and retreats, offered digitally and in-person across the world.

3. Is the PROGRAM religioN BASED?
No — it’s faith-agnostic and suitable for all beliefs, including free thinkers. Also, You may choose to practice at the mind, heart, or spirit level.
4. What if I miss a session or am traveling?
This is an online course and you can access it from wherever you are in the world. Also, If you can’t make the live sessions, you may access the recordings.
5. What about Diwali and Thanksgiving holidays?
We will be scheduling breaks during this time
6. When is the next edition of this program?
The next edition of this program will likely be mid-2026. Dates are not yet scheduled.
