  • 08:30    Breakfast time  with Renuka

  • 09:30    Outdoor excursions (picnics and immersion in nature, culture, art, & craft) with Subba

  • 12:30    Lunch time,  then rest and free time with Renuka 

  • 14:00    Group Sound healing session with Subba 

  • 15:00    Creative Expression (Flower mandala, Photography, Painting, Weaving) with Ramapriya

  • 17:00    Playtime (games, Balinese dance, musical expression) guided by Ramapriya 

  • 19:00    Dinner time with Renuka

About your Retreat Leaders:

Ramapriya is a Visual art educator, art therapist, nature photographer and mixed-media artist who explores and teaches visual art and journaling to children and adults. With a focus on fostering joy, I blend various art mediums to create immersive experiences. You can know more about her work through her blog

Subba, a trusted Well-being & Wisdom coach, with a blend of 25 years as a corporate leader and 20 years as a mindfulness practitioner and wisdom coach. Unique to his programmes are tools of wisdom, science, mindfulness practices, and his life coaching that help us integrate these into our life contexts in a simple manner.

And, you will be hosted by:

Renuka, Co-founder of BeingSattvaa, who created and runs BeingSattvaa, and has designed experiences for over a hundred retreats. She enjoys crafting and creating freshly cooked plant-based cuisine 

Together, Renuka and Subba have extensively explored Bali and, through that, offered unique curated experiences of the nature and culture of the paradise island.

FAQs

1.   1.   When should I pay for the retreat? 

We request that you make your deposit payment at the earliest, as only then will be able to confirm your seat and secure your early bird. We will be in touch with you regarding the balance payment. 

2.   What will room arrangements be like for a family? 

Each room comes with a Double bed or Twin beds (two separate beds). We offer the option to add a bed to your room - this may be especially helpful if you are looking to stay with family in one room. All rooms come with ensuite bathrooms.  

3.   What are the travel logistics? 

We suggest that you plan to land in Bali by around 12noon of 29th Jan, 2025. One of our butlers will be there to receive you and your family at the airport and get you to BeingSattvaa.  

4.   When should you book your travel? 

Right away – so, you may get the best fares.

 

5.   Can you stay longer or arrive earlier?

You are most welcome to come in earlier or stay on after the retreat. If you would like to have a deeper experience of Bali – nature, culture, arts, and crafts, we can arrange tours for you  (note: BeingSattvaa is close to Bali’s art, craft, and cultural centre). Also note that BeingSattvaa offers special rates for retreat participants, which you may explore once you book your spot. 

6.  Do the parents need to be around their children all the time during the retreat?

The retreat is designed as a time for family bonding. Hence, one or both parents will be present with the child. There might be some activities for kids only.

7. What age group is the retreat experiences for?

The activities will be designed based on the participant age group.

8.   What are the travel restrictions into Bali?
