Dr Meenakshi Swaminathan,
Dr Meenakshi Swaminathan is a distinguished pediatric ophthalmologist and adult strabismus specialist based in Chennai. A graduate of Madras Medical College and JIPMER, she pursued advanced fellowships in the U.S. and served for nearly two decades at Sankara Nethralaya, where she led the academic wing. Now practicing at The Capstone Clinic, she continues to blend clinical excellence with her deep commitment to mentoring the next generation of eye care professionals. She seeks to bring her experiences as Doctor and practitioner into educating people to live healthier lives.
Dr Ram Gopalakrishnan,
Dr Ram Gopalakrishnan is a highly respected infectious diseases specialist at Apollo Hospitals, Chennai. An alumnus of Madras Medical College and JIPMER, he is board-certified in internal medicine and infectious diseases in the U.S., and a Fellow of both IDSA and ESICM. With over three decades of clinical experience, he is also a prolific teacher, speaker, and writer, known for his clarity, diagnostic acumen, and commitment to advancing infection care. He seeks to bring his experience as a Doctor to help people prevent and overcme lifestyle diseases.
Subba Sattvic, Life and Wisdom coach, and co-founder of BeingSattvaa, with 25 years as a corporate leader and 20 years as a meditation and wisdom coach. A graduate of engineering and business from leading schools, his immersion in the ancient scriptures of Yoga Sutras and Advaita combined with training in business and as a leader is the unique blend he brings into his programs. His mission is to help people grow into better and happier lives.
Renuka, Co-founder of BeingSattvaa, who runs BeingSattvaa in Bali, is an engineer and business graduate from leading schools who took this alternative path to enable better lives. She has designed experiences for over a hundred retreats with special attention to freshly cooked plant-based food and experiences centered on the nature and culture of Bali.

1. When should I pay for the retreat?
We request that you make your deposit payment at the earliest, as only then will be able to confirm your seat. We will be in touch with you regarding the balance payment, which may be made about a month before the retreat.
2. How can I find a partner to stay with?
We request that you look for a friend or family member to partner with. We will not be accepting bookings for double occupancy from solo participants.
3. What are the travel logistics?
It is strongly recommended that you land in Bali before 12noon on 14 January, 2026.
4. When should you book your travel?
Right away – so, you may get the best fares.
5. Can you stay longer or arrive earlier?
You are most welcome to come in earlier or stay on after the retreat. This will help you rest before the retreat and also slowly get back into the world after the retreat.
