Program Structure
Three progressive modules
35 hours over 50 days
(including short breaks in-between modules for self practice)
20min live practice - 4 days a week
and
60min live wisdom sessions - 2 days a week
(note: recordings of the wisdom sessions will be available for you)
In addition, you will have lifelong access to 15 guided meditations and 30 related talks to help continue the practice long after the program
Module 1: Mindful Focus 12 days, 5 hours Live
We will experience calm, grow focus, and learn to release tension from the Body and and bring focus to our Mind using five progressive meditations and the ancient wisdom of the mind and applied to life today.
Module 2: Heartful Balance 15 days, 10 hours Live
Built on the foundation of Mindful Focus, we will learn to balance and strengthen our emotions and build more joyful relationships, using the power of five progressive meditations, the practice of journaling, and the wisdom of happiness.
Module 3: Soul Transform 21 days, 18 hours Live
Built on the foundation of the earlier two modules, this module will help us deepen our self awareness, and, through that find our inner teacher. It leverages the power of meditations, journaling, mental fasts, and next layer wisdom to effect deep inner transformation towards a better life.
Completing the Journey: Mini-retreat & closing session (2 days, 2 hours live)
Two experiential sessions to bring it all together and apply these tools to solve any significant life issues in each of lives. Also, to learn to integrate these tools to sustain the journey after the program
Who is Teaching this Program?
Subba Sattvic
Subba is trained in the ancient wisdom of India especially Yoga Philosophy and Advaita Vedant. He has also trained in yoga, with specific emphasis on breathwork and meditation.
On the other hand Subba has trained as an engineer and business graduate from leading schools and led the life of a corporate executive for close to two decades. He transitioned from his successful executive career to dedicate himself to guiding individuals on the path of living and leading consciously.
He brings a unique blend of corporate experience and inner inquiry, which enables him to connect deeply with those navigating the complexities of life in the current world.
Coming from a tradition of teachers, he is widely known for his structured programs and retreats, offered digitally and in-person across the world.

3. Is the PROGRAM religioN BASED?
No — it’s faith-agnostic and suitable for all beliefs, including free thinkers, cultures from across the world, and even all demographics.
4. What if I miss a session or am traveling?
This is an online course and you can access it from wherever you are in the world. Also, If you can’t make the live sessions, you will have access to the recordings.
5. As an alum, why would I embark on this journey again?
