Teaching Methodology

The Being Yoga Digital Studio is built on the foundations of 3CS- Consistent, Cadence & Complete. The practice is developed in a way that we can achieve consistency while progressing in our practice with stability. Each practice has all the complete elements of movement, breath work, meditation & silence. A truly complete practice for you!

FAQs

  • We would love to have your family also practice with us. We have a special pricing for your family members, please write to us for the details- beingmesingapore@gmail.com. In case they would like to attend a few sessions as trials- let us know.

  • Absolutely! We record and share the sessions with a validity of 3 days for each. So that you can catchup on the practice at your convenience and also practice on non-session days.

  • We completely understand that you may have prior plans & commitments during this period. For more than a week long travel or commitments- please write to us on prior, so that we can make an exception for you, for those day and share the recordings.

  • Very much possible.

  • The practice is open to all- From a complete beginner to someone who has been practicing for long.

  • The offering is founded on classical Hatha Yoga- using both breath & asanas to work holistically on the body & mind. 

  • If you’ll be joining the sessions your evening, try to give a gap of 1.5 hours between the practice and the meal- keeping the meal very light. Rest, just bring a mat and lot of enthusiasm :)

  • We will always provide options to those who are unable to afford the fees. Please do write in to us and we will respond  with options. (beingmesingapore@gmail.com
