What Is Life Breath
Life Breath is a guided, experiential pranayama program that trains you to use your breath as a practical tool for energy, mental clarity, and balance.
Through six live sessions across three weekends, you’ll learn time-tested yogic breathing practices that help you activate energy, settle the mind, and apply your breath intelligently in everyday life.
Program Dates & Format
6 live guided sessions
3 weekends (Saturday & Sunday over three consecutive weekends)
Dates: Feb 21, 22, 28, Mar 1, 7, 8
Time: 10:00 AM SGT
Duration: 60-70 minutes per session
