Why this program

Shifting your breath could shift your life. 

What if we learnt to harness its true power to energise, still, and balance our body and mind? - one practice that we could integrate into our day - without having to take out time from our busy lives?  

Life Breath is progressive breath training designed to help you leverage your breath across to train your energy and mind while also applying in real-life situations. 


Who This Program Is For

  1. You want to learn how to use breath as a practical tool in day-to-day life, not only during formal practice, learning when, why, and how to apply breathing practices

  2. You want support working with the breath across:

    • Physical states (energy, fatigue, tension)

    • Mental states (focus, overthinking)

    • Emotional states (stress, reactivity, restlessness)

  3. Value depth, safety, and steady progression over quick fixes or intense experiences

You’ll learn how to use breath to live better and to apply it when life is actually happening.


How the Program Unfolds

This program is structured as a three-part journey, with each phase supporting a different aspect of regulation and integration.

Part 1: ACTIVATE — Breath in Motion

Cleansing & Energizing Practices

In the first part of the journey, we focus on clearing stagnation and awakening life force (prana) in the body and mind.

This phase supports you to break out of:

  • Low energy and heaviness

  • Mental dullness and lack of clarity

  • Shallow breathing patterns

Part 2: CALM — Breath for Stillness

Stabilizing & Calming Practices

The second part of the journey focuses on regulating the nervous system and cultivating inner steadiness.

This phase supports you to break out of:

  • Anxiety and restlessness

  • Emotional fluctuations

  • Difficulty settling or staying focused

Part 3: BALANCE — Breath for Balance

Harmonizing & Integrative Practices

The final part of the journey is about balance, sequencing, and application.

This phase supports:

  • Energetic and emotional imbalance

  • Inconsistency in practice

  • Uncertainty around what to practice and when

Participants learn how to combine and apply practices intelligently, in a way that feels sustainable and supportive.

 
 

Program Format

6 live guided sessions

  • 3 weekends (Saturday & Sunday over three consecutive weekends: Feb 21, 22, 28, Mar 1, 7, 8)

  • Time: 10:00 AM SGT

  • Duration: 60-70 minutes per session

Each session is slow-paced, experiential, and includes space for reflection and Q&A.

Sessions are intentionally spaced to allow practice and integration between weekends.


 

Who This Program Is Not For

  • Someone looking for instant or extreme breathwork experiences

  • Prefer fast-paced or performance-driven practices

You will leave with

  • Understand how different breathing practices affect the body and mind

  • Know when and how to use energizing, calming, and balancing techniques

  • Have a simple, personal breath practice for daily life

  • Feel more grounded, clear, and self-regulated

Subba

Through pranayama and mantra chanting, lead teacher Subba gently guides students into a deeply reflective and transformative space

Surbhi

Coming in with almost a decade of teaching experience, Surbhi shares the practice of classical Hatha Yoga with breath at the centre of the practice
