Module 1: Mindful Focus (15 days, 8 hours Live, 15 recordings)
Meditations : Progressive Meditations - Nature, Body, Sound, Breath, Mind
Recorded Talks : Talks on the Basics - What, Why, How of Meditation
Practice Guides : To apply each Meditation to life and state of body/mind
Live Sessions : Underlying Wisdom; learning to meditate off-device
Module 2: Heartful Balance (21 days, 12 hours Live, 15 recordings)
Inner Toolkit : Progressive Meditations to strengthen emotions + Journaling
Recorded Talks : Science of emotion; How to Journal; Deepening Meditation
Practice Guides: To apply the tools to strengthen & respond to emotions
Live Sessions : Underlying Wisdom; Complementary practices; Apply in life
Module 3: Soul Transform (25 days, 16 hours Live, 15 recordings)
Inner Toolkit : Progressive Meditations Inner Transformation + Mental Fasts
Recorded Talks: Mental Fasts; The cyclical mind; Transforming the Mind
Practice Guide : To apply the tools to grow awareness & inner transformation

Learn a basic set of Mantras to use in Meditation
Observe a One day of Silence - “A day with me program” guided (digitally) by Subba
Observe 2 home retreats for which you will receive guidance before and after
Have opportunities to guide meditations with post review with peers/Subba
Have continued access to annual refreshers
Certification: (Guiding Calm in Chaos 100 hour Teacher certificate)
At the end of this program you will go through an assessment & certification

3. Guiding Calm in Chaos Teacher Training
We will set up a 1:1 with Subba for further details on this
Program Fees: USD 800 per person
Important Note: this is in addition to the amount payable for “Total Journey”
Example: if you are a BeingSattvaa Past Retreat Participant signing up for Teacher Training your fees will be USD 700 - USD 150 = USD 550 (Total Journey) + USD 800 = USD 1350

Q: Will I have lifetime access to the recorded resources?
A: Yes.
Q: What age group is this program for?
A: Anyone 25 years and older.
Q: I’ve done this before — do I pay again?
A: Your past resources are still available, but for the 40 hours of live sessions of refreshed content a fees of USD 200 will be applicable.
Q: May I pay in installments?
A: For those signing up for Total journey or Teacher Training, you could pay the fees in 3/4-instalments, if you so need this. Please make your request on your form or write in to beingmesingpsore@gmail.com
Q: I am unable to afford the fee at this moment. Is there a way I can still be on the course?
