In this rejuvenating 2-hour workshop, experience a blend of therapeutic yoga, restorative breathwork, and simple lifestyle rituals designed to help you empower yourself to:

And most importantly, feel lighter & joyful! This nurturing session is open to all women, and no prior yoga experience is needed

SURBHI
Surbhi brings a grounding presence that integrates restorative movement, somatic awareness, and mindful breathwork. With an understanding of the demands of city living, her methodology emphasizes accessible yogic and breathwork practices that can be seamlessly integrated into everyday life for lasting well-being.
RINKU
A compassionate, intuitive yoga and pranayama teacher whose work is rooted in her own journey of transformation through menopause. Through gentle asanas, mudras, and kriyas, she helps you return to your body’s natural rhythm, offering a space that is healing, empowering, and deeply restorative.
