Back & Spine Care workshop
A 2-session workshop for a tired back
WIth Surbhi on the weekend of 28-29 March
Release tension • Decompress the spine • Care for your back
Mar 28-29, Saturday & Sunday | 10 AM Singapore Time (90 mins)
No prior experience needed
Most of us have experienced back discomfort at some point
It may show up as
• Stiffness from long sitting
• Tight, overworked back muscles
• Neck strain from frequent screen use
…BUT often The Back Is just Tired, Not Weak…
Modern lifestyles place constant pressure on the spine through long hours of sitting, stress and device use.
The muscles of the back are constantly supporting us, but they rarely get the chance to fully rest and relax- resulting in tightness & fatigue.
The Idea Behind This Workshop
This workshop introduces a gentler approach to caring for the back.
Instead of forcing the body, we explore how to
• allow the back to rest deeply
• use breath and gravity to release tension
• gently improve mobility in the spine
• strengthen the muscles that stabilise the back
Through simple, mindful practices, you may begin to feel the spine becoming lighter, more supported and more comfortable.
What You’ll Explore
Across the two sessions, we will explore
• Conscious relaxation for the back
• Breathing practices to release tension
